Harare, the capital of Zimbabwe, experiences a subtropical climate with distinct wet and dry seasons. The city enjoys mild temperatures for most of the year, with hot, rainy summers and cooler, dry winters. Summer extends from November to March, during which Harare can get quite hot, especially in January and February, with temperatures often rising above 30°C. The rainy season typically peaks in December and January, bringing heavy afternoon thunderstorms that cool the temperatures down.
