Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium (Khulna) – Pitch Report

Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium, formerly known as Bir Shrestha Shahid Flight Lieutenant Motiur Rahman Stadium, is a prominent Test cricket venue located in Khulna, Bangladesh. Situated in the southwestern part of the country, Khulna is the third-largest industrial hub in Bangladesh. The stadium, which has a seating capacity of 15,600, opened its doors in 2004 as part of the five purpose-built cricket grounds constructed ahead of the 2004 Under-19 World Cup. With field dimensions of 183 m x 137 m, it serves as the home ground for the Bangladesh Premier League franchise, Khulna Titans. The stadium was granted One Day International (ODI) status in January 2006 and later became the seventh Test venue in Bangladesh when it hosted the second Test between Bangladesh and West Indies in November 2012.
