The Coolidge Cricket Ground is located in Osbourn, Saint George Parish, Antigua, and was formerly known as the Airport Cricket Ground. The ground gained its new identity after being taken over by American businessman and cricket enthusiast Allen Stanford in 2004, who rebuilt it and renamed it the Stanford Cricket Ground. It served as one of the primary home grounds for the Leeward Islands and hosted several Twenty20 matches, including the 2006 and 2008 Stanford 20/20 tournaments and the 2008 Stanford Super Series. After Stanford was convicted of fraud and securities violations in 2012, the ground underwent a name change to Coolidge Cricket Ground in 2016-17 and resumed hosting cricket matches after an eight-year break. In addition to cricket, the stadium also hosted football matches for the Antigua Barracuda FC of USL Pro from 2011 to 2012. In February 2021, the ground was selected to host its first official international matches during the Sri Lanka tour of the West Indies, marking an important milestone for the venue.
