Is Wankhede Stadium Batting Or Bowling Pitch?
The Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium is a good place to bat first in limited overs cricket, because the pitch in the second innings helps medium pace bowlers and spin bowlers. The ball comes slowly on the bat, and the surface begins to spin. This pitch is generally dry and difficult, which aids bounce and spins bowlers. In both innings, batting on such a wicket is simple, and many runs can be scored in limited overs. Because of its size, the ground provides you with more opportunities to score in T20 matches. Because there is no dew factor in the limited-over game, teams always choose to bat first and defend the score with their bowling attack.
