Oman experiences a predominantly arid climate, characterized by hot and dry conditions for most of the year. Summers, from May to September, are scorching, with temperatures often exceeding 40°C (104°F), especially in the interior regions. Coastal areas, including Muscat, are slightly moderated by sea breezes but remain humid. Winters, from November to March, bring mild and pleasant weather, with temperatures ranging between 15°C to 25°C (59°F to 77°F), making it the ideal time for outdoor activities. Rainfall is scarce and irregular, primarily occurring between January and March, with occasional thunderstorms.
